    Abrimos la pechuga y la aplastamos como para milanesas.
    Cubrimos una fuente bien aceitada con ella y rociamos con más aceite.
    Reservamos.
  2. Cortamos la cebolla en pluma, el ajo bien chiquito, el morrón en tiritas y al zapallo o calabaza lo rallamos grueso.
    Picamos el atado de hojas de remolacha previamente cocidas.

  4. Pasados los 15 minutos de cocción de la pechuga, la damos vuelta, condimentamos a gusto, en mi caso lo hice solo con Condipollo, ustedes opten por lo que más les guste. No uso sal. Y volvemos al horno a terminar la cocción.
  5. Cuando las verduras se ablanden, agregamos las hojas de remolacha picadas y un chorrito de salsa de soja, mezclamos muy bien y apagamos el fuego.
  6. Ahora retiramos la pechuga cocida del horno, colocamos por encima todas las verduras salteadas, cubrimos con la salsa de tomates, rociamos con un poquito de azúcar para contrarrestar la acidez de la salsa, cubrimos con trocitos del queso elegido y un poco de orégano.
    Llevamos al horno por unos 10 minutos, hasta que se funda el queso y listo!!!
  7. Servimos cortando porciones a gusto.
    Si desean pueden cubrir con u poquito de perejil picado para dar frescor.
