  1. Empezaremos haciendo la masa de las albóndigas. Mezclaremos todos los ingredientes en un bol menos la harina que es con la que rebozaremos la albóndiga y freiremos en abundante aceite.

  3. Una vez hechas las albóndigas, las freiremos en aceite. reservaremos. En ese mismo aceite, dónde las hemos frito, haremos nuestro sofrito, aunque para que no quede tan aceitoso apartaremos un poco
  4. Empezaremos haciendo la cebolla junto con los ajos. Es un poco indiferente como cortarlo pues luego trituraremos la salsa.
  5. Una vez pochada la cebolla y los ajos añadiremos los ajos tiernos congelados, la zanahoria y el pimiento rojo. Añadiremos un chorrito de vino blanco y dejaremos que evapore.
  6. Una vez que veamos que está pochada toda nuestra verdura, añadiremos la carne de ñora, removeremos y añadiremos 1/2 vaso de agua.
