  9. Añadimos 2 cucharadas soperas de harina y rehogamos bien.
  10. Añadimos el vaso de vino blanco y dejamos reducir moviendo continuamente.
  11. A continuación incorporamos el agua junto con la pastilla de caldo, sin dejar de remover ligamos la salsa.
  12. Incorporamos la salsa a las albóndigas reservadas.
  13. Dejamos reducir la salsa junto con las albóndigas, mientras picamos unas patatas a cuadritos las freímos.
