  12. Calentar el aceite en una sartén y freír las albóndigas hasta que estén bien doradas.
  13. Sacarlas con la espumadera y dejarlas escurrir sobre papel de cocina.
  14. Pasarlas a una cazuela, verter la salsa por encima y dejarlas cocer a fuego lento 10 minutos.
  15. Servir preferiblemente caliente.
