  4. Añado el agua, las hebras de azafrán, la sal, las patatas y las zanahorias. Cuando arranca a hervir lo dejo unos 20-25min.
  5. Cuando pasa este tiempo las patatas están ya casi, añado las albóndigas, los guisantes y los champiñones en láminas (estos dos últimos los añado en este momento porque son de lata cocidos, si usas crudos añádelos cuando las patatas). Dejar cocer 15 minutos más.
  6. Corregir de sal y listo! A disfrutar!
