- Hacemos las bolitas de carne con ayuda de dos cucharas, y las ponemos en un plato con harina, luego con las manos hacemos las bolas bien hechas y quitamos el exceso de harina. A mi me ha dado para 7 albóndigas y 3 filetes rusos que mañana pondré con tomate
- Las freímos, que se doren por fuera no tienen que estar mucho tiempo
- En una cazuela ponemos aceite de oliva y vamos haciendo poco a poco el ajo la cebolla y el pimiento, cuando esté más o menos le añadimos una cucharadita de harina y dejamos un minuto que se haga sin quemarSe
- Añadimos las croquetas, medio vaso de agua, sal y media pastilla de avecrem y lo dejamos hacerse 15 minutos
