- Para hacer las bolitas, nos ayudaremos de una taza o un vaso pequeño. Le pondremos un poco de harina para que no se pegue y lo movemos y se hará una bola perfecta.
- Una vez hechas todas las bolas, ponemos una sartén al fuego con bastante aceite y comenzamos a sellar las bolas de albóndiga y las colocamos en una cazuela alta.
- En el aceite que hemos sellado las albóndigas por todos los lados, desechamos gran parte y en el resto, echamos un poco de caldo y removemos con una cuchara de palo la sartén y recogemos los jugos de sellado albóndigas.
- Echamos este aceite sobre las albóndigas y luego el resto hasta cubrirlas le pondremos caldo de carne y como una tacita pequeña de tomate (opcional) y las mantenemos a fuego bajo durante 30 minuto (hirviendo pero despacito)
