El otro día subí una receta diferente de albóndigas y di varias opciones.
Pues bien... En este caso... Congelé las que no usé y he preparado este guiso fácil, sano y rico... usando también caldo de verdura que preparé hace días .

- 500 ml caldo de verdura (el mío casero que tenía congelado). Podéis usar pastilla de caldo u otro que uses

- 2 tomates pera
- 1 lata guisantes pequeños
- 1 ajo grande
- 1 zanahoria grande
- 1/2 vasito vino blanco
- 3 cdas tomate frito
- Aove
- Especias
- 1 cdita pimentón dulce
- 1 cdita pimienta
- 1 toque cúrcuma
- 1 cda perejil fresco picado
- Sal

- Picamos el pimiento y la zanahoria con una gotita de aove lo vemos a sofreír muy ligeramente en nuestra sartén. Una vez comience a dorar, añadimos el ajo picado y el calabacín
- Cuanto todo empiece a cocer color... tallaremos los tomates. Añadiremos sal y dejamos cocinar unos 3 minutos.
- Mientras en una sartén (pintada con aove súper ligero) sellamos nuestras albóndigas rápidamente y reservamos.
- Añadimos el vino, dejaremos un par de minutos y vertemos el caldo junto al tomate frito, los guisantes y las especias. Cocinaremos todo junto unos 18-20 minutos (deben estar blandas las hortalizas)
- Probaremos y rectificaremos si hiciese falta de sal y especias.
- Añadiremos las albóndigas y cocinaremos todo junto durante 8-10 minutos más a fuego bajo
