- Ahora preparamos la salsita, picamos las cebollas y la pochamos en una sartén con un poco de aceite, sazonamos cuando empiece a dorarse añadimos una cucharada de harina y otra de hierbas provenzales, cocinamos la harina y antes de que se tueste añadimos la cerveza y un poquito de agua
- Rectificamos de sal y cuando estén listas servimos acompañadas de las patatas y nada pues a comer!!
- Cuando empiece a hervir bajamos el fuego y ponemos las albóndigas unos 20, 25 minutos que se terminen de cocinar y cojan el jugo de la salsa (si espesa mucho añadís un poquito de agua)
