  1. Primero preparamos los ingredientes para la mezcla de la carne. Pelamos y pasamos por la picadora 4 zanahorias, 1/2 cebolla y troceamos con unas tijeras medio bote de champiñones. Juntamos todos los ingredientes con la carne y añadimos una cucharada sopera de las especias y sal. Mezclamos bien y ponemos pan rallado hasta que veamos que la masa coge consistencia. Dejamos reposar al menos media hora en la nevera.
  2. Mientras, troceamos la 1/2 cebolla restante, otras tres zanahorias y ponemos en la sartén hasta que veamos que empiezan a reblandecerse. Entonces añadimos el resto de los champiñones. Cuando veamos que están a punto, añadimos 1/2 cucharada de la especias, sal y vino blanco. Pondremos agua y dejamos que reduzca. Pasamos el sofrito por la batidora...añadiremos agua y probamos...rectificamos de sal y especias si fuera necesario
  3. Sacamos la carne y nos ponemos a hacer bolitas. Las pasamos por harina y freímos en abundante aceite caliente.Sacamos, escurrimos bien y reservamos
  4. Ponemos nuestra salsa en la sartén y calentamos..si vemos que está muy líquida añadiremos harina de maíz diluida en agua.Si está muy espesa le pondremos agua.(eso ya como más os guste). Si la modificáis tendréis que tener en cuenta que habrá que añadir más sal y especias. Cuando empiece a hervir añadir las albóndigas.No dejéis de remover para que no se peguen. Con 3 minutos bastará.
  5. Como acompañamiento podéis hacer unas patatas fritas en cuadraditos y añadir a la salsa. Espero que os guste!!🤗🤗
