- En un bol poner el huevo, la carne, cebolla, harina de maíz, ajo, sal y pimienta al gusto. Mezclar todo hasta obtener una masa homogénea. (Se hace con pan rallado pero no tenía y con la harina de maíz ha quedado muy bien)
- Hacer bolitas del tamaño deseado y poner a freír a fuego medio en una olla.
- Cuando estén doradas las albóndigas, incluir el caldo de carne, tomate triturado, cebolla, ajo, hojas de laurel, orégano, sal y pimienta al gusto.
- Dejar a fuego medio hasta que la salsa reduzca al espesor deseado (a mí me ha quedado muy seca, pero no ha estado mal)
