- En un plato ponemos un poco de harina, hacemos bolas con la mezcla de la carne pasamos por la harina y le damos un toque en la sartén cuando estén las reservamos.
- Picamos la otra mitad de la cebolla, pelamos 2 tomates y sofreímos, cuando esté pochadito añadimos un pelín de agua
- Trituramos y volvemos a echar la salsa en la tartera (como me salió muy clarita la salsa yo le añadí dos cucharadas soperas de tomate frito) ponemos las albóndigas echamos un poquito más de sal tapamos y dejamos cocer a fuego lento durante 25-30 hora.
