  1. Picar las cebollas y los ajos menudos. En un bol pequeño poner las rebanadas de pan sin la corteza con un chorrito de leche, la suficiente para remojar el pan. En una sartén freír la mitad de la cebolla y los ajos.
  2. La carne molida se pone en un tazón, se le añade el sofrito de cebolla y ajos, el huevo ligeramente batido y el pan remojado en leche. Con una cuchara se toman porciones de carne y se forman las albóndiga del tamaño que se quiera, se pasan por harina.
  3. N una cacerola con un poco de aceite se van friendo las albóndigas, se van poniendo en un plato con papel absorbente, se apartan y en el aceite que quedó se fríe el resto de la cebolla y los ajos. Se agrega la cucharada de harina dando vueltas con una cuchara para que no se queme.
  4. Se añade el vino y se cocina unos minutos para que se evapore el alcohol. Se vierte el caldo, si quieren la salsa más espesa echen solo una taza. Sazonen con sal, pimienta y el laurel, tape y cocine a fuego lento 15 minutos o más.
