- Poner a cocer los chiles, ya que estén suaves, agregar los tomates, la cebolla y el ajo. Cuando estén cocidos, retirar del fuego y dejar enfría un poco para no fallar tu licuadora.
- Limpiar muy bien las pechugas, quitando los cueros y demás.
Cortarla en cubos pequeños para pasarla en el procesador.

Sofreír en una olla un poquito de cebolla, ya bien dorada (la puedes retirar o dejar, es tu decisión), agregar el guiso. Cuando hierva, puedes agregar más agua. Yo tenía caldo guardao y eso ocupé. - Poner aceite en un tazón pequeño para untar tus manos, para que no se te pague el pollo y poder hacer las bolitas. Las puedes hacer pequeñas, hasta terminar con el pollo.
Cuando esté hirviendo el caldo, agregar las bolitas y dejar que hierba por 15 o 20 minutos. - Al final, si lo deseas puedes agregar más cilantro o dejarlo así.
Yo no le puse, pero es tu decisión y gusto.
