- En un bol mezclar la carne con los ingredientes del macerado, todo bien picado y mezclar muy bien con las manos o cuchara. Tapar con un film que toque la carne y reservar toda la noche en la nevera.
- Formar las albóndigas, pasar por harina y freír en una sartén, que queden doraditas. Conforme se vayan dorando, las podemos ir colocando en la Cocotte o cazuela
- En el aceite de freír las albóndigas sofreímos la cebolla picada y los ajos enteros. Añadimos el tomate rallado, pimentón, y cocinar unos minutos.
- Verter sobre las albóndigas esta salsa, añadir la cerveza y el agua, tapar y a fuego muy, muy bajo, dejar cocer una hora y media. (Si las hacéis en cazuela normal, no hace falta cocinar a fuego tan bajo, lo ponéis medio y dejáis una media hora)
- Os aseguro que quedan riquísimas, y de un día para otro mejor todavía.
