- 125 gr calabaza

- Picamos la cebolla y el ajo y luego ponemos media cucharada de aceite en la sartén y lo sofreímos. Una vez está dorado añadimos los champiñones picados del vaso de la batidora y demaos que el agua del champiñón desaparezca y se dore. (alrededor de 20 minutos, de tanto en tanto movemos).
- Mientras pasan esos 20 minutos vamos preparando el bol dónde ponemos el huevo, pan rallado y perejil y lo de la sartén. Hacemos las bolas (albóndigas), las pasamos por pan rallado y cuándo el aceite de la sartén esté caliente las freírmos y pasamos a una olla.
- Hacer crema de calabaza hirviendo la calabaza con ajo y agua. Dejarla en la olla un cuarto de hora con sal. Sacar y trituras. Entonces cuándo la tenemos triturada la devolvemos a la olla y echamos los guisantes que dejamos 10-15 a fuego lento con la crema de calabaza.
- Se sirve poniendo en un plato las albóndigas fritas con la crema de calabaza y guisantes. ¡¡Está muy bueno!!
