Amasamos un rato hasta mezclar bien, además el amasado ayudará a que la albóndiga mantenga la forma. Hacemos bolitas del tamaño que nos guste y reservamos. Me olvidé la foto de los pasos porque me entusiasmé cocinando!!
- En una olla con aceite caliente salteamos el morrón, la zanahoria rallada, el apio picado y le añadimos el orégano fresco y el romero.
- Removemos y añadimos el agua. Tapamos y dejamos que levante hervor. Agregamos las papas y boniatos en bastones. Le ponemos sal a gusto, pimienta negra y curry picante.
- Dejamos cocinar 10 minutos y añadimos la salsa de tomate. Yo tenía una salsa que me había sobrado del día anterior, de una pasta y la aproveché. Enseguida añadimos las albóndigas con cuidado y removemos suavemente. Dejaremos cocinar otros 10 minutos.
- Removemos cada tanto y probamos que las verduras estén cocidas, rectificamos sabor. Apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar unos minutos antes de servir. Que disfruten!
