- 250 gramos pescado crudo desmigado
- 1 huevo M
- 2 rebanadas pan de molde o 1/2 barra de pan duro
- Leche para mojar el pan

- Remojamos el pan en la leche hasta que quede blando. Lo escurrimos y desmigamos en un bol. Añadimos el huevo batido. Picamos el ajo y la cebolla finamente y se la añadimos. Añadimos también el pescado desmigado. Salpimentamos. Con ayuda de dos cucharas ligeramente empapadas en agua, damos forma a las albóndigas y las rebozamos en harina. Freímos en abundante aceite.
- En una olla al fuego, ponemos a dorar la harina en un poco de aceite. Agregamos el tomate frito y cocinamos 1 minuto. Añadimos 1 vaso y medio de agua. Dejamos hervir. A continuación añadimos el vino blanco y dejamos que hierva. Añadimos las albóndigas y dejamos cocer 20 minutos a fuego lento.
- Servir. Yo las serví con arroz basmati en blanco y un poco de cebollino fresco picado.
