  1. Mezclar las dos carnes, colocar la miga de pan (escurrida de la leche), perejil, queso rallado, sal y pimienta. Mezcla bien
  2. Armar las bolitas a gusto. En mi caso las arme la noche anterior y le coloque pan rallado antes de cocinarlas (solo por fuera para darle forma) esto es opcional, se pueden cocinar sin este rebozado.
  3. Colocar en sartén u olla con un poco de aceite. Dejar cocinando varios minutos al mínimo de todos los lados.
  4. Luego agregar la cebolla y dejar rehogar hasta que traparente
  5. Luego colocar el tomate, ahí picado y el vino. Condimentar a gusto (sal, pimienta, laurel)
  6. Dejar cocinando en fuego mínimo por 45 minutos o más. En mi caso coloque arroz a los 20 minutos de cocción y dejé que se cocine con la salsa unos 30 minutos. (El arroz queda al frente, si te gusta blando tenés que hervirlo aparte y agregar unos 10 a 15 minutos antes a la salsa de retirar del fuego.
