  6. En la misma sartén sofreír el resto de los vegetales (la ½ cebolla y ¼ de pimiento) desglazar con el vino y una vez se evapore el alcohol, agregar las albóndigas nuevamente.
  7. Verter el caldo caliente y cocinar a fuego medio alto durante 30' aprox, o hasta reducir el caldo. si querés que te quede una salsita espesa espolvorea una cda de harina y revolve. Si la querés más líquida, omitilo. Condimentar a gusto. Yo usé pimienta, pimentón y coriandro.
  8. Acompañé con unos fideos de arroz 🤤
