Y en la misma cazuela (si hay mucho aceite quitar hasta que cubra la parte de abajo solamente) sofreímos, el puerro el pimiento la cebolla y la zanahoria con una pizca de sal, tiene que estar bien pochado no quemado, cuanto más pochada la verdura más sabor obtendrá la salsa.
  4. Cuando esté la verdura ya pochada, volvemos a introducir las albóndigas y echamos un chorretón de vino tinto. Dejamos hasta que se evapore el alcohol, después añadiremos o bien el caldo o la pastilla de concentrado de carne. Si elegís el caldo echar hasta que cubra algo menos de la mitad de las albóndigas.
  5. Y dejar hacer unos 10 minutos.
  6. Retiramos de nuevo las albóndigas y pasamos la verdura para que nos quede una salsa brillante y espesa. Podemos acompañar este plato con patatas, puré de patatas, ensalada... con lo que queráis!!! A disfrutar!!
